ElysiaBliss is a family-run online business based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We create original designs for made-to-order products that help our customers express their interests, celebrate important relationships and personalize their surroundings.

Our products are produced only after an order is placed. This print-on-demand model reduces unnecessary inventory and overproduction while allowing us to offer a broad range of designs and personalized products.

We work with trusted production and fulfilment partners located in the United States, Vietnam and China. Depending on the product ordered and the customer’s delivery destination, the appropriate partner manufactures, quality-checks and ships the item directly to the customer.

Because products are made to order, production normally requires 2–10 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 4–15 business days within the United States and 7–25 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery estimates and applicable shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout.

Standard shipping within the United States is free. International shipping charges vary according to the product, fulfilment partner and delivery destination. 

Customers may request an order cancellation or modification within two hours of placing an order, provided production has not already started. Please review our Refund Policy for information about defective, damaged, incorrect, missing or undelivered items.
