Processing and Delivery Policy
Processing Time:
- Before Shipping, the items need to be created. Since all the items on this website are Made-to-Order, the processing time is longer than any off-the-shelf product.
- Processing time vary product to product, depending on the item, complexity of the creative process, and passing the quality check.
- It can take anything between 2-10 business days for an item from start to end, including Quality Check.
- If the product fails the Quality Check, the entire process of creating the item from scratch starts again.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
- We have a Free Shipping policy for all USA deliveries.
- We use Standard Shipping option for most orders. The estimated delivery time is usually between 4-25 days after production is completed. For US orders, it is usually a week.
- The Delivery Time, once the product is shipped will vary based on the customer's Zip Code and the delivery channels used in that specific area.
Aside from these serious disclaimers, please note that approximately 95% of the time, the product is made and dispatched within 4 days, and the shipment takes about 7 days. So, you should expect to receive your product within 2 weeks.
Here we would like to remind you that the product you ordered is Unique and not mass produced, thus please be patient while we create and send you your Special Piece of Awesomeness.
Some Important FAQs regarding Shipping
- More than 97% of packages will arrive before schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
- Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order page, if you'd like express shipping.
- For modification orders, the production time is extended by 1-2 days.
- PO box orders take longer to deliver and are not always trackable. Thus, we would discourage giving PO box address for delivery.
- A mail with tracking information will be sent to your email when your order is ready to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your home.
- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
- Please ensure to fill in your address correctly, else the package might get returned to us.
- The 3% of time when there is a delay in delivery, the possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
- Recipient not available during delivery
- Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
- Usual Shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post.
- Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us to get accurate information about your shipment.
