Refund and Replacement Policy

LIMITED REFUND/REPLACEMENT and LIMITED WARRANTY under the following conditions only.
Please read the conditions below carefully to understand when you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
1. Please log in a request within 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. The merchandise you received is faulty or damaged. (Note: we will need photos of the product received to understand the issue)
3. Missing or Lost Items from your order. (in case multiple items ordered and some item not received.)
4. Item received is of incorrect size or color. (Note: we will be checking the information given while placing order)
5. The product you received does not match the description on the website. (Note: We will need photos and details of what you think does not match or is incorrect)
Other than the above specified scenarios, we have a No Returns Policy:
At www.elysiabliss.com, we take pride in offering custom-made products through our Print on Demand model. Each item is created specifically for you after you place an order, making it unique and tailored to your preferences. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any non-defective items.
Faulty Manufacturing or Incorrect Size:
In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if the item is of the wrong size despite you providing the correct size during the order process, please reach out to our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer you a free replacement of the faulty or incorrect item and you don't have to send the faulty product back.
Providing Correct Size:
Please ensure to review and double-check the size guide before placing your order to avoid size-related issues. If you provide incorrect size information during the order process, we cannot be held responsible for the resulting product.
Cancellation Policy:
As each item is made to order, we begin processing your order soon after it is placed. Therefore, we only accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be possible.
Order Modifications:
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the size, design, or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the production process. (roughly 2 hour)
Replacement Scenarios
Having said all the above grim but essential policies, we do understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible. That's why we offer a "No Need to Return" policy for certain circumstances, which means you don't have to physically return the item to us.
You don't need to RETURN your items back since it will take your valuable time and money. Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.
